Birth Preparation Coaching includes: biweekly connection hours to explore various topics (listed below), unlimited text/phone support throughout pregnancy and in your birthing window, full access to our prenatal circles (in partnership with Birth in Ceremony), recorded meditations and individualized exercises to regulate your nervous system, birth preferences worksheet to help you articulate your desires.

please note: this package does not include birth attendance or birth photography, and can be added separately should that be something that feels aligned after working together. As part of my agreement with Cherry Blossom Doula Services, I currently only accept doula clients when booked via their website.
